Unable to login

Question

I’ve gotten a new Xbox for my sons birthday and we’ve installed a copy of plants vs zombies:Garden Warfare 2 and I’ve gone to sign in my EA account which I personally have never played the game before so I shouldn’t have any issues in theory. His account is all fine to do things except purchases, however as soon as I Finish signing in my EA account it comes up with the error
Unable to login: we cannot complete this action at this time, if you need assistance please reference help.
Well help doesn’t help so if anyone has any answers please let me know.

@EA_Darko No his account isn’t a sub and plus I’m trying to use my own EA account to sign in, I’ve been through all his age restriction settings and it’s none of that either as I’ve seen in the forums that can also be a cause but the messages on those persons screens do not match my own.
