Unable to take screenshots...

So i've been reporting people and it's alot harder if i can't give a screen shot.. the screenshot folder is aways empty my printscreen button works just fine.

I see nothing for it in the controls and finding anything on the net is impossible cause all it ever pops up in hosting screen shots for the game or for xbox... so is anyone els having this issue??

same here, i have to press print screen and insert it on a picture program and save it so recieve a screenshot. plz fix

even that does not work for me it's as if i've never even tried to take a screenshot.

I didn't try it yet but I guess you have to use Origin In-game to get screenshots

Anyone know what keys we press to take a screenshot? A differnet online mmo that I play uses Shift+Print Screen. Another one uses Ctrl+PrintScreen. Anyone know what we use in PVZ GW for PC??? Thanks.
