[UPDATE] PVZ GW2 PC Matchmaking Error in Asian server and NA West

Hey, All

To get this one reviewed by the right folks, I will need the following from everyone as soon as you can. Once we have all of the info below, we will forward it to the right teams so they can see what is happening.

  • Are you using an internal or external drive?
  • Are you using an HDD or SSD?
  • Date this issue started (is it still happening?)

  • Attach the EA App Error Report ID: bro this problem occuers when the game is matched.the server of Asia and Western US cannot be connected. Even if it do,it is an empty room that is never been occupied.NO ANY ERROR REPORT ID!!!!! 
  • The EA app logs can be found in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\EA
  • Windows OS:Windows 11 Home Chinese
  • Windows OS version:22H2
  • GPU model and driver version:NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 ti
  • Internet Service Provider:China Telecom
  • Region:China Eastern Asia
  • Are you using an internal or external drive? internal drive
  • Are you using an HDD or SSD? SSD
  • Date this issue started (is it still happening?) From 2024.3 to now. this problem is still happening
  • Any other errors? the problem of servers is very serious
