Hey, folks
All of the newer examples have been sent up for review on the issue. I have not seen an update but they are aware.
These issues can be rough since there is no longer an official team. Others do have to jump in and take a look at the game, servers, etc!
Once there is an update we will let you know. You may just see an update before we have a chance to post.

Okay, EA has finally found out about this issue again, and I would like to see if there is a possibility for EA to solve the problem within the next two months.

I super accidentally forgot to post yesterday. What a huge mistake. Hope you didn't cancel this ticket on your own.
Sorry I cant connect to the EA app today. So I couldn't launch the game and provide a new report. But it doesnt mean this issue has been solved

In order to get this updated, we want to verify that players are having an issue with GW 2 specifically for this thread!
If you are having an issue with BFN, this will need to be separated into another thread.
If you are having an issue with GW2 please edit your post to match GW 2

Any replies that are not related to GW2 we will start removing and adding to a separate thread that I will update here on the board shortly

bruh all my replies were only about gw2 and you deleted most of my replies that have gw2 screenshot. Did you never download and check them? I try to enter the game and test it every day for new reports.

@shoushou1106 If replies are removed they are done so because they are flagged as either bumps or duplicate posts so any CM can remove them for one of these reasons.
The thread is fine and we don't need to keep it alive every day with the same post. If someone else other than myself sees that and doesn't know what is happening, they can action it.
The issue is being looked into and therefore we don't need to post daily to keep it going. If I am not here, and someone else jumps in, they can lock this down or remove the rest of them.

It appears that the matchmaking issue in Asia, which started almost 4 months ago, was finally resolved after the server maintenance last night. Players in Asia can now connect to lobbies on the Asian server and fill them up. However, the issue may reoccur at any time due to cheaters if the server security measures are not improved. There are several cheaters dedicated to ruining Garden Warfare 2 on PC. So, please respond faster if the same issue happens again. Despite the unreasonable amount of time and effort players spent to inform the team of the issue, I would like to thank everyone involved in fixing the matchmaking.

Hey, Folks,
I wanted to provide an update on this one. The team is still reviewing GW2 and BFN servers. Sadly, there has been an update on an ETA.
Also, creating a case on the Help site won't do much right now, but it will get closed and have them tell you it is being looked at.
Support is not equipped to handle server issues as that is done with a dev team and not support teams.
Once they update me, I will update you again.
UPDATE: Got word that this should now be resolved! Please test it out. IF you are not able to get into matches, please repair the game, or uninstall if you have the bandwidth to do so!
