[UPDATED] Mobile - Loss of ads in PVZ Heroes

I had face the same problem too. Please fix this because I can't watch the ads anymore!! I am using android 13 but the ads didn't appear . I think its a bug

This problems gets after the update. Before update, the ads can be watch many times but this feature is gone after the new update. I think you need to check the old updates compare to the new ones. Please I am waiting you to fix the ads because this is the most efficient ways to get the gems in pvz heroes. Thank you ❤❤❤

You need to test it again by watching ads till the limits, and then the ads didn't appear forever. Please understand us 

Thanks for the update. And I do understand that advertisers dictate much of what is shown. Please do know, however, that ads ARE shown intensely upon a new install. Then afterwards, not shown again (none at all, zero, any time of day) until a fresh install. I'm in Texas. What you're saying about advertisers makes sense, but I'm not sure it fully makes sense here. Unless advertisers have an option that says "only show my ads upon a fresh install," it doesn't make sense. Even if they choose "not shown in the last seven days," and ad would eventually show up when you play the game enough times a day to get all four event cards in a week. So thank you, sincerely, for the update, and also, it does seem like there is a glitch. As other users have mentioned, this distinctly began at the last big update of the game and has persisted since then. That's pretty precise timing. At the end of the day this is probably not great for EA in that there is lost ad revenue AND players who could likely grow frustrated enough to stop playing, resulting in even less ad revenue. But perhaps that all makes sense from EA's side. And maybe there are only a few of us. (Though my issue persists on multiple iOS devices.) I do realize this is beyond your control, though. So thanks again!

Yeah. I dont really believe it has to do with the advertisers unless something was changed by the update to discourage it. Currently its not like the ads are gone, they show up upon reinstalling the game. This is definitely something that happened in the latest update. Really do hope they take some time to relook at it. Would be a true shame for the game to lose anyone not maxxed already.

@xXTritanmasterXx @503aaadf47b0e092 I will def pass this along but for the moment, its been discussed more than once, and the dev team has no real advantage over advertisements. Either way, will send it to them and see if they can have a look but honestly, at this point, I don't think there is much they can do from the last discussions I had.
