[UPDATED] Mobile - Loss of ads in PVZ Heroes
Hi friends! Has anyone experienced a loss of ads when playing PVZ Heroes? I used to get about 30 gems a day by watching ads, now ads don’t pop up daily. I’m allowing the app to track my activity and don’t have ad blockers up. Has this happened to anyone before and what have you done to fix it?

I wanted to drop a line with some information for you on the ads. Currently, as it stands, if you are not seeing ads, or as many ads, this is not a situation that the development team can change in the game for players.
Ads themselves are based on marketing and not development. It is not a bug with the game. For the most part, it is working as intended because of how the companies who promote those ads work. This is how almost all mobile games work with ads. If you keep seeing an ad for a specific brand of soda for example, and that ad has run X amount of times for players in said game, they can either keep running them or cut them. That is entirely dependent on the owner of said ad.
As this is location-based, there are a lot of factors that come into play. The location is one of them. If you kept seeing ads ABC and no longer, the owner of that ad made those changes. The game team did not.
Currently, as it stands, if you are no longer seeing ads in the game, the game team for the game itself has no ability to change that. I understand that it isn't the best of news, but for now that is the most recent update to this.
