UPSIDE DOWN GLITCH IN PVZGW (CHARACTER CUSTOMIZATION)

Just to clarify, it's the Xbox One version of PvZ Garden Warfare.

I have a persistent glitch in my game and I've heard from other people who are getting it, too.

In Character Customization, everything is inverted and 90% out of the frame. The icons still appear normally along the left of the screen and I can still interact with them. But my characters and the ground on which they stand is completely upside down. Only the feet (or roots) of the characters are visible, anything above the feet/roots is out of the frame, going through the bottom of the television.

Today, in fact, it got a little worse, because now the view I get is from beneath the grass, so I can't even really see the roots/feet very well anymore.

I can't see the appearance customizations or gesture previews on my characters at all, in fact, I only get to see my customized characters if I'm playing in a match that permits customizations and I happen to die ...and fall face-up. It's ruining some of the fun of unlocking the customizations and gestures, though I can still equip/unequip them.

(I sent a photo of it (from early yesterday) to the PVZ Facebook account, in case it might be of some help to them.)

I'm hoping for a fix to sort it out soon.

    Is this happening every time and with every character?  Have you tried re-starting the title like shutting it down completely?

    I had tried quitting the game and restarting before... more than twice. It got worse one of those times, but it didn't go away.

    So, tonight I rebooted the console again and this time Character Customization is back to normal.

    I've had matchmaking issues now instead... (and the game keeps telling me to check my network connectivity, though there's nothing wrong with my network connectivity), but that cleared up after 30-40 minutes. So, it came and went... hopefully, it will stay gone.

    I'll update if the "Upside Down Glitch" returns... but for now, it's gone.  *knock on wood*

    It does happen with every character. 

    And... it's back.  I'm in the same game I was playing the last time (when I wrote that it had gone away).

    I played multiplayer for an hour or two and exited to customize my new Power Flower, and the camera view for Character Customization is now up overhead, looking down on the character. So, now I see the tops of their heads. (My glitch needs a new name... since it's not upside down, but still glitchy.)

    The Character Customization Camera (CCC) glitch?  That works.  ...So anyhow... yep. Still glitching on me.

    Hm ok.  and re-starting doesnt resolve the issue?
