Vertical vs Horizontal Sensitivity

This is going to be different from all the hatemail about balancing, just wondering if its just me or not, so the vertical ADS movement while scoped (pirate) is WAY too high compared to the horizontal and they are locked together (would like if they were uncoupled) and the controller play is horribly cluncky (.25+ second input lag) are these just me problems are they shared, please let me know how to fix if they are just me, TY! loving the game so far
