Voice chat remains on after turning it off in the options on Xbox One

Thanks for the posts. I habitally disconnect my mics when I'm not gaming with friends, so for now that may be an option for now, but I know that's not a viable workaround for everyone.

@EA_David Thanks for the advice but the microphone is sometimes even muted from the headset itself when the game activates the voice chat. & i play this game with friends so we need to talk on discord or teamspeak.. disconnecting the microphone should not be an option at all
