when I launch pwz gw2 it gives me a license error

I downloaded the game pwz gw2 deluxe edition on a discount from the steam platform, but when I launch it, it gives me a license error. I followed the EA's advice, cleared the cache, and followed the tips from various forums, but nothing worked. Please help i add screen and purchase receipt from steam screen
