when the game finishes loading it closes

I recently formatted my laptop from scratch and reinstalled Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 but when the loading screen loads it closes by itself and returns me to the EA library and doesn't say anything about any errors. Please help😭

    Hey n1ghtxX_d , could you share a DxDiag file with us so we can see what's causing the crash? 

    1. Hold the Windows key on your keyboard.
    2. Tap the R key to open the Run window.
    3. In the pop-up window, type: dxdiag.
    4. Press the Enter key. The DirectX Diagnostic Tool will load. ...
    5. Click the Save all information button.
    6. Click the Save button. The file should be saved to your desktop as dxdiag.txt.
    7. Add the .txt file as a reply to this thread.
