When will you be correcting the missing text in Plants vs Zombies?

As I am certain you are aware there is a problem with Plants vs Zombies. The only solution you have offered for the past year is to contact PopCap, who is not responding. Can you offer another solution or are you going to continue to ignore the problem?

    Sorry I am not aware of this issue.  Can you describe it a little more?

    I haven't played for a bit of time but I don't recall any missing text related issues.

    Do you mean textures?  Like the graphics of the game?  This may be due to your GPU drivers being outdated or maybe an overlay program?
