i buy the deluxe edition from pvzgw2 and&nbsp;nothing appears on the email box of the game... following the confirmation of the purchase made on January 1... i hope the problem is solved... thanks

I will start with a bit of a silly question... have you redeemed the code for bonus content? If not, here's the way to do it for Xbox One (as, from what I understood, this is your platform):

Go&nbsp;to&nbsp;Games&nbsp;and choose&nbsp;Use a code (If your Kinect is set-up, you can say "Xbox, use code.")
If you didn't do it already, sign in to your Xbox Live account.
If&nbsp;you have a QR code,&nbsp;hold it up to your Kinect sensor&nbsp;to begin redeeming the code

If you have a 25-character&nbsp;or&nbsp;digit&nbsp;code instead of a QR code, select&nbsp;Or enter the 25-character code​ to type it in.

There is one more thing: Xbox Live services are currently having issues which, among other things, cause problems with redeeming Deluxe Edition. Because of that, you might have to wait until they are fixed by Microsoft (you can check their status here:&nbsp;http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status ).
