Whenever I played Rose (or Plants) I found myself dying to the Marine Biologist/Scientist variant more often than any other zombie...in fact I think due to it being Valentine's day in virtually ever MP game, I'm seeing more and more Scientists popping up.
So in the current meta, my vote is Scientist and then Super Brainz.
Super Brainz is by far my favorite. Right now I really dig Electro Brainz due to his regular punch arcing, I don't have to get a direct hit on an enemy player with it, as long as they are close, they take damage. What I do is aim for great placement, I like flanking the Rose/pea shooter combos, running up and spinning in them, if they don't goat or slow me, then as soon as I'm done spinning I jump and super ball one or more of them and kick into one on my way down, if I'm still alive, which I usually am do to moving a LOT and forcing them to scatter like the pesky bugs they are, I then start punching my butt off. Generally, I walk away with 2-3 kills for diving 2-4 of them, before I'm dead. That's completely worth it.
Now', when a Rose see's me coming and my flank fails, sometimes I'll get the kill on them, sometimes I'm just obliterated at range. But', one things for sure, if her goat is up, I either end up dead quickly, or running my little goat butt out of there to live to fight a minute later.
