Who is the Worst Hero, on plant/zombie sides?

From what I've seen on another forum they said Spudow, and Brain Freeze.. do you agree with this?
I don't know if there's a "worst hero". Underplayed, maybe. Brainfreeze has my favourite pet deck I use, and I'm fairly successful with it, so I'd disagree with him being worst. Spudow...he's one that I rarely play or run into, so...maybe? EB maybe for Zombies.
