1) Who are these "most people?" Can you point me towards the people reporting actually getting more than one character variant for the 120K pack? Because I find two posts total on the internet from people actually buying them, including my own, and none got more than the one variant previously provided by the 75K pack. I have all the variants too, that's why I tested it with my daughter's account. Go make a new account, rack up 120K, and see what you get.
2) This is not a bug, but thanks for the tip. The other person reporting on buying this pack got the same result four times - one variant of one class, of which he previously had none but default. This is a crappy bargain and I'm complaining about it here in General Discussion so that perhaps some others save their coins.
3) Have you ever heard of anyone getting a satisfactory solution from EA/popcap when they were screwed out of something they earned by a bug? Because I haven't. Have you actually taken a look through the threads in that forum?
Sorry to come off all "nightshadow" here, but that's how I'm feeling about this one.

Indeed, you can see my several posts in that thread. The only other person in that thread who says they bought one of these packs says they bought eight of them, and got only one character variant each time. If I've missed noticing someone saying they actually purchased one and got a bunch of characters, please quote them for me, perhaps I'm stupid. The only people I saw writing in that thread that you get more than one variant are simply repeating "what they heard," just like you are. I invite you again to start a fresh account and work up 120K to buy the pack like I did, so you can comment from experience and not hearsay.
As for the rest, I strongly disagree with you but will not continue on with it here as it is off topic. By your reasoning, any negative comments about popcap or the game (let's say roughly about 90% of posts in this forum) belong in that Bugs forum.
I thought I should show due diligence, so I went and read every word of the reddit thread again. Not one single person posting in that thread bought one of these packs except for myself and the guy who bought eight of them.
I'm not a negative person, which is why I apologized on the last page. I post on this forum to help people, and I don't really understand why you're getting on my case about this so much. I'm only trying to save unsuspecting people from spending 200K thinking they're going to get more than one character variant.
Well, you can add my son to the list of people who got gypped by this time-limited Phenomenal Pack!!! All he got out of it was a Cactus. I don't understand what's going on.
The wording is either misleading or we're just plain dumb. We were expecting to unlock one of each plant (not counting legendary/party characters of course).
I just read @Anonymous posted and it does state that 1 per variant, so it would be a great deal if it worked properly. I can see its very misleading and popcap should be making good on the wording of that.
