Why is my Plants vs Zombies in russian.

Hello i bought Plant Vs Zombies GOTY edition on Steam a few days ago and for some reason all of voicelines of zombies are in russian? i dont know why, all of the text in the game is in english

but only the voiclines are in russian can someone help me to fix this problem so the zombie voicelines are in english.
