XBOX ONE multiplayer split screen unplayable due to lag

I am also getting this issue on Xbox One splitscreen.

Offline splitscreen modes have occasional performance issues.

Online modes are nigh unplayable. Online splitscreen is plagued with stuttery gameplay, shots not firing, abilities not firing but still going into cooldown and inputs not registering. 

Singleplayer online modes have none of these problems whatsoever.

@RetroRockbot Agree. The offline split-screen is much better on Xbox & the only places I usually have issues is during story quests - Ops, Battle Chest modes etc are generally ok.
