Yet another slow download problem

Ok so I just got Plants vs Zombies GW. However its downloading at around 20 Kbs.

I went on your wonderful live chat witch was a waste of 40 mins of my life, telling me to do things that will in no way effect download speed.

I deleted one of my steam games and downloaded it and it came down at 8.6MBs.

I downloaded some of the test files from http://www.thinkbroadband.com/download.html and they came down around the same number.

How now as I talk its down to 6.8 Kbs with 686 Hours to wait.

This is not acceptable, when you offer games for download you should have the servers and bandwidth to back that up. I have always had problems and I hate the software, I only installed it for Plants Vs Zombies.

Please improve you services so we can download games at a speed inline with modern broadband speeds.
