Since the search function seem to be defect, sorry if this is a repost. I have serious issus with connecting to Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2. Or rather my children have issues, my main account can access the game, but my children sub account get the error message: "You are too young or don't have the correct permission to access online features" The rating is 7 years and above for the game so what settings is blocking this and where on earth do I change them? Been searching the.www and my ps4 setting menus for hours now.There seemed to be some kind of Orgin account workaround earlier, but due to a redesign of the Origin client for Mac that don't work anymore. Since the game only works if it can access the internet, the 7year rating is not really accurate, and I been searching the cover and manual for clues on how to solve this to no avail. Would be most grateful if somebody could point me in the right direction for solving this!

EA, please solve this problem. If settings in parental controls on the PS4 are all set to allow and the PEGI indication for the game is 7+, the game should work for children older than 7 years old. The error message appearing should NOT appear. FIX IT!!!

It's not an age limit on the game, my daughter is six and registered as such. She has no problem getting on.

Have you checked the "Restrict Use of PS4 Features" under the "Parental Controls" section of the PS4 settings?The default setting there should allow the game to play but if it's been changed to a lower setting then that could block the game from being played.

This. I did not have the same problem you are having, even though my daughter was six when I registered her. However once online split screen came out, I discovered that my daughter and I could not play with friends and have mics on. I went to parental settings and fixed it easily by allowing her account to access chat. If you can't fix this via parental controls, then you're going to have to deal with the help desk and cross your fingers that they actually help. Unless you're bugged somehow, I feel confident you can fix it with parental controls.

I'm experiencing the same issue with my 2 kids of 8 and 10 years old.
I've permitted every possible option in the parental controls, but that didn't help.
I've even tried disabling ps4 system limitations but they keep getting the same error.
Anybody have any other ideas?
They can play it using my account and as a guest, but then the second one can't save his progess.
It would be silly to setup a dummy account just to let them play, but if this doesn't get solved that's just what i'm gonna do

Is your console set to be the "home playstation?" I believe this has been a solution before.

If they haven't been able to save any progress up to this point, you proposal of making a new account might be the easiest fix, though that account could encounter the same issue.
