PvZ Heroes Progress

PVZ Heroes 

I used to play that game and now decided to play it again on my account, since the progress was made and after this long wait i would enjoy all the possibilities like if i was 19yrs old again.

After installing the game and all the extra downloads I came upon the 'cloud save' option, and I was really happy that I don't even have to play the tutorial to get my account progress...

I'm here to share how happy I am because I can replay the game.... JOKING!!! I don't have my old progress even though I logged in with my old account. How do I solve that? Do the devs read emails?
