1.4.0 patch release date

In the 1.3.0 patch note, they said we can expect the next patch which is 1.4.0 to be released within the next two weeks. But it's been two weeks. Why is the 1.4.0 patch still not released?

They will likely announce v1.4.0 in this forum by the ea community manager at a later date, since console update approvals is restrictively slow than pc.
