Bug's I've noticed so far, + Some stuff i think should be added
Notes: All of the bugs I have encountered are on the PC Steam build, and most of these bugs are Graphical.
Bug List:
- Non hard Co-op levels are not sized correctly -
- Flowers on main menu act weirdly when clicked
- Dynamic music still not implemented
- When selecting shovel or seed packets, you can't right click to deselect them when you hover anything that's intractable (This is present in the original)
- Cone-heads & Football zombies will often make the incorrect sounds
- Level fade out can sometimes bug resulting in a darker screen
- Dancing zombies and backup dancer's ashes after an explosion appear smaller
- Hammer in 2-5 and Whack-A-Zombie sometimes won't make any noises
- Potato Mine explosion leftovers don't fade, they instead just disepear without any animation
- Some Zombies in the Almanac are low-quality
- Zombies and plants don't hold their controllers while selecting
- Crazy Dave shop does not make close and open sounds
- After Big trouble little zombie and 3-5 zombie brains sounds are bugged (Fixed after Restart)
- Zombie in Main Almanac Menu clips the box
- Pool-Algae wont correctly move with a zombies body (head, arms, body)
- Pool-Algae typically clips through other zombies
- Snorkel Zombies die before their arms pop-off
- Dolphins don't do their "deploy" sound
- Algae zombies spawning in the pool animation is bugged
- Crazy Dave often doesn't make sounds when talking in cut-scenes
- Crazy Dave's pot sometimes clips in cut-scenes
- In Vase-Breaker, when zombies spawn from a grave, and when a grave spawns sometimes 2 can spawn
- Line appears in 4-10 when lightning strikes
- Controller outline appears glitched in 4-10
- Zombies Almanac entries still appear even if you have encountered them
- Pumpkin is shown to degrade after a single bight
- Big Wallnuts in Wallnut bulling 2 have a normal Wallnut silhouette before placement
- Peashooters don't make shoot a sound
- After winning level, collectables (seed packets, trophies, etc.) will flash darkly
- Catapult zombies arm will sometimes loose its catapult arm
- Once Tree of Wisdom's leaves grow they spawn below the tree and move up to their spot
- In Fog Survival when you reslect seeds the fog covers the zombie
- Newspaper zombie's jaw disappears when his newspaper is destroyed
- Pumpkin is not removed when removing cattail
- Cob Cannon corn loads incorrectly
- Game over sound does not play when zombies win in VS
- No Firework popper sound when killing a target zombie in VS
- No trophy sounds in VS
- Trash can zombie when loosing trash shows screen door
- Zombies sun spawn rate is faster in vs
- In VS When player 1 has selected a seedpacket and player 2 places something (ex: browncoat) the seedpacket player 1 has selected becomes unusable
- Zombie rise animation in VS is bugged
- Target zombie makes bucket sound
- Co-Op Zomboss's revenge is on normal roof
Things that I would love to be added:
- Zombatar should be added def a iconic part of the GOTY edition
- Endless versions for the other maps (Fog, Day, Roof, And Night)
- Console/Ds/Mobile Exclusive minigames like Bomb all together, Buttered Popcorn, Air Raid, and Heavy Weapon should be relatively easy to port over to the new consoles as they can be emulated fairly well with keyboard, touch, mouse, and controller controls.
- Last Stand Endless + Last Stand From the Mobile versions, The Mobile versions had specific Last Stand Levels not present in the other versions of the game, and should be in this game to give players some more content
- More VS Maps, To make VS more interesting maybe add some missing maps like Pool, Fog, etc.
- Keeping the ability to type secrets like Mustache would be pretty sick
- R.I.P mode should have a denser zombie spawn to make the game more challenging to older players
- Cloudy day is amazing but it would be awesome if it were longer maybe 20ish levels
