Can new terrain be added to the Cloudy Endless mode?

Could you add new terrain types to the Cloudy Endless mode, such as Cloudy Pool Endless and Cloudy Rooftop Endless? Also, could you remove the restriction on Twin Sunflowers, as there's simply not en...

The Twin Sunflowers being disabled on anything related to Cloudy Modes might be because that they don't have new sleeping animations like the Sunflower does. That's my obvious guess.
