idk how steam works (im only on consoles), what does steam workshop do?
Steam Workshop is a feature on Steam that can allow users to create, publish, and download addons/mods for their purchased games on PC ONLY from the Steam store, unless some games (Like PvZ: Replanted) doesn't have Steam Workshop support.
