Bought and downloaded through the EA app (Origin). I tried "repair" twice, uninstalled, reinstalled, repaired a third time and still nothing. I can hear it loading (pop, pop, pop, groan), but the screen doesn't come up at all. Not the black and white EA logo, not the loading screen, nothing. It stays minimized to the task bar and just shows a blank square on mouseover. When I select "close window" I get the Origin pop up saying game is already loaded, but it's not.
I hope this is the right thing to do. the DxDiag is attached.
PvZ is already added as an exclusion to Windows Security. Who or how should I send the DxDiag file to?
Community ManagerHey whatever1013 , first can you make sure that Windows isn't blocking the launch of the game by adding the game as an exclusion to Windows Security? You can add the .exe file of the game that should be located in C :\Program Files\EA Games\Plants vs Zombies Replanted.
If that still doesn't work, could you send us a DxDiag so we can see what's causing this issue?
