Please Update Replanted
Replanted has been out for nearly a year, and it has since received several updates. Some changes are good, some should've been part of the game since launch. That said, there are a number of things the game still needs, or at the very least would be decent QOL or fun features to add. I have a list of things that EA should add
- Online multiplayer - Literally the most requested feature. It's 2026, how was this not obvious, EA?
- More minigames - You have a sizable catalogue of minigames from various releases, like the DS and the Xbox 360, and none of them are in Replanted. Heavy Weapon, Buttered Popcorn, and Air Raid, just to name a few, all good minigames
- Level Select - A simple idea. Once the main campaign is complete, let players play any level of their choosing instead of forcing them through the full campaign
- Plant/zombie costumes - There's an Easter egg where Cabbage-pult has a low chance to use the model from PvZ2. Why limit it to Cabbage-pult? And why not allow more cosmetics, like what PvZ2 has? Zombies could benefit from this, as well
- Zombatar - A classic from the GOTY version. Do I need to explain this why this should come back?
- Last Stand in Puzzle Mode - Pulled straight from the mobile versions. Normal Last Stand, but in all 5 areas, and an Endless mode
- PvZ Pinball - I highly doubt this can/will be added, but Xbox 360 got a PvZ pinball table in Zen Pinball 2. If brought back, perhaps as a proper DLC, since it's not part of the normal game
- Digital board game - Again, doubt it, but if so, as DLC. A digital version of the recently released PvZ Board Game
I don't expect anyone from EA to read this, since Replanted seems to be abandoned. But in the off chance they do, you're literally sitting on a game people love, yet you're not upgrading the remaster. More features and DLC would entice more people to buy Replanted. Obviously, bug fixes will help, but features are the main selling point, 100% guaranteed
