Re: Game Softlocks at Zen Garden — No Way to Continue (v1.5.0)

I know this has already been posted about, but I wanted to post again myself to hopefully bring more attention and remind the devs that we are still waiting for a fix/a timeline for a fix.

Cannot continue the game past unlocking the zen garden, cannot progress dialogue, 29 days no solution, very frustrating. I believe this is a bug for all consoles (Xbox, PlayStation, Switch).

Fingers crossed we get something soon, I just wanna play 😭

Completely agreed. Getting more and more annoyed that this wasn’t an immediate fix. Fix it or reimburse players. Simple as that.

This was a Christmas present for my kids, They loved the original game on their old XBox. Getting the replanted on the new system with the slightly better graphics and what not was supposed to be a real treat and they were loving it until the Zen Garden locked them out. How has this not been fixed yet? We paid money for this!! It would have been 1 thing if it was a free download or a free pay to win bs thing on your phone but its not. This was a console release that cost real money and the fact we are pushing 3+ weeks with this error is inexcusable even for a company like EA which notoriously is slow on this stuff.
