New Color Bug
I was able to finally progress after the zen garden bug was fixed but ever since then the colors are messed up on all levels in all locations.

Perhaps you accidentally activated the ultra contrast setting.
That isn't a bug. You've just went and turned on the ultra contrast setting from the main menu by mistake.
