Shooting Cob Cannon Should Take Priority Over Picking Up Drops

Currently, when you have a cob cannon selected and are trying to fire it, if there is a coin, sun, zen garden plant, or chocolate in the way, it will pick up the drop instead of shooting the cob cannon. I understand that this may seem like a very minor mechanic, likely won't affect many players, and could even be intentional, but it does affect certain survival endless setups that require many cob shots to be fired, especially at higher flags and/or playing at faster speeds.
