Tree of wisdom codes not appearing

I have grown the tree of wisdom to a sufficient height so that it told me I unlocked the "future and trickedout" codes, but they are not appearing in the menu for me.

If It matters I also have the preorder retro peashooter, so that might be confusing the game or something like that.
