Game glitches Lately

I am having major problems lately in both Daily Sudoku and Lucky Cat Bongo. I am due to renew soon, and am debating not doing so, as too many games are messing up now. You update things and then games won't load, play, or you get frozen out. For the cost, this is ridiculous. I come here to play games and relax.

Lucky Cat Bingo just took my tokens (1000) as I was trying to lay the 4 board game. It came up, but was frozen on me, Numbers came up, but I couldn't do anything. I waited awhile, and when I refreshed, it just sat there loading and would do nothing. I could see tokens at 9 though. if it started, I'd have had to play free games to get that back.

Also Daily Sudoku has been 'taking' my days counts away from me. If it's not every day, it's every other or so, Constantly does it after I KNOW I played them. I checked and saw they were shown as played that day. The only way to get them "back" if you will is to buy the keys. I don't buy gems, so when I am gifted the jeys I hold the, They have now ALL been used. This should not be happening.

This is just unfair for the cost of membership. If you are going to post games, and constantly add more, or change games I can no longer win, I will think long and hard as to if I want to renew this month. rest assured, I know I will be the only one missing the games; but I don't like wasting that money for glitched like this.

Am I the ONLY one having issues?

Hello 🙂 I believe I can help with some of your concerns as a Pogo player myself.

Pogo is a modern browser‑based gaming site, which means all the games run directly through our web browser. Because of that, we do not have to download or install each game on our devices, everything loads and plays online. However, modern devices need regular maintenance.

To keep everything running smoothly, we need to make sure our browsers are updated, clear out old cookies and cache, keep our devices themselves up to date, and make sure our graphics drivers are current (which is very important for online gamers). All of these things are important for anyone who plays online games, because outdated software or cluttered data can cause slowdowns, glitches, loading issues and a variety of other occurrences.

🌐 Even our routers and modems need regular maintenance, and that can affect gameplay too. If they haven’t been restarted or updated in a while, they can slow down, drop the connection, or cause lag during online games. Giving them a quick reboot now and then, or checking for firmware updates, helps keep your internet running smoothly and makes games perform much better.

"You update things and then games won't load, play, or you get frozen out."

This a sign of our browser storing old information. When this happens log out of Pogo and clear your cookies and cache and check for updates.

Every website we visit collects some amount of data, and if you’re a heavy internet user, your cookies and cache can build up quickly. Over time, all that stored data can slow things down, cause pages to load incorrectly, or interfere with how online games run. That’s why clearing your browser regularly is so very important.

Additionally, if our browser or operating system is outdated, it can cause games to freeze, fail to load, or run poorly. Modern online games rely on updated software to work correctly, so keeping your browser, system, and drivers current is essential for smooth gameplay.

Most modern browsers update every few weeks, with smaller security fixes in between. Operating systems (your device) also release updates regularly, often monthly, and sometimes more frequently if important security patches are needed. Some updates notify us while others can happen silently behind the scenes.

It is imperative anytime we see something not running smoothly to view the Pogo Troubleshooting Guide

Modern devices take a bit more work than they did in times past. Today we have far more programs, apps, and background services all talking to one another, and they all receive updates more frequently than ever before. Because of that, keeping everything maintained from the system to the browser to the drivers is more important now than it used to be.

Please take a moment to review the troubleshooting guide. These system checks aren’t just important for Pogo, they help keep our devices clean, updated, and secure.
