How can I contact support?? Zero Support!

EA has already cemented its reputation as one of the greediest and most anti-consumer gaming companies out there. They force players into predatory monetization schemes, shove microtransactions down our throats, and treat their games as cash cows rather than quality entertainment. But if you ever run into a problem? Good luck—because EA has NO SUPPORT AT ALL.

I paid for a game, yet I CAN’T EVEN PLAY IT. Normally, you’d expect a company of this size to have a working support system, right? WRONG. EA’s website offers NO way to contact support. No live chat, no email, no ticket system—NOTHING. Every attempt to get help just leads you in circles, pushing you toward useless FAQ pages that solve absolutely nothing.

EA isn’t just bad at selling games fairly—they deliberately avoid responsibility for the products they sell. They happily take your money but refuse to lift a finger when something goes wrong. This company has completely abandoned customer support.

I’m done wasting my time and money on a company that doesn’t even have the decency to support its paying customers. EA is nothing more than a money-hungry, soulless corporation that cares about profits—NOT players.

It has been a whole month, and I’m still searching for a way to contact EA. Nothing. No response. No solution. This is beyond incompetence—it’s deliberate negligence.

  • Hi Pogoians,

The EA Help site recently went through some changes and looks a little different. I've prepared a guide to help you navigate it and learn how to open a support ticket for help with your support needs.

Please follow the steps in this guide:

I'll close this thread out here in the meantime, to limit new posts getting mixed up with this older thread. This'll help avoid confusion with new issues and ensures everyone gets the most current advice.

Yes. This exactly what I have also done countless times, and no human ever comes through. It gives the e-mail for the support ticket, but it just stays at "Your approximate wait time is: 1 minutes" all day, no human ever responds.

Can you please confirm the Product and Subject you're selecting when trying to contact support?

This is the same copy-paste response EA gives every time, but it does NOT work.

There is NO working chat option, NO way to submit a ticket, and NO actual support.

The website just loops users through useless FAQs without any real help. I've been trying for over a month, and I still have no way to change my email or access my account.

Stop pretending there's a functioning support system when there isn’t. EA has completely abandoned its customers.

    Hey there,

I'm sorry to hear you've been having trouble contacting EA Help Support. I will leave below instructions on how to contact Chat Support. Let us know if you're still having any trouble contacting them or if your issue is not billing/account-related; we might be able to assist you further here in the EA Forums.

How to chat with EA Help

    1. Log in to your EA Account.
    2. Select the topic that best describes your issue. If an advisor can help, a contact option will be available under your help topic.
    3. Select Chat with us or Start chat.
    4. Fill in the contact form with your:
      • first name
      • last name
      • e-mail
      • platform
      • subject (a short description of your issue)
      • attachments (e.g. screenshots, documents, links).
    5. Select Send.
    6. A chat window will open when you’re transferred to an advisor.

After you contact us, we’ll create a case for you. You can view it and keep track of updates in My Cases. You’ll be notified of changes to your case via email.

  • My mom has a PAID Club Pogo account (which is owned by EA), that she's not been able to use since December. It tries to send a verification code to her e-mail, but nothing gets sent. It's not in her spam folder, not in her inbox, not even in her trash. Nothing sends.

I've been trying for MONTHS to help her get into the account, but it's literally impossible; With the e-mail not sending, all I can do is make a support ticket on EA help. I've tried. Multiple times. Oddly, every e-mail verifying that the received the help request DOES go through, to the exact same e-mail. However, it means NOTHING, because no matter how long I wait (Literally ALL DAY), I never get an actual agent.. Even though the site says someone will be available in "about 1 minute"... For that entire time. Frankly, if I had the money, I'd sue on my Dad's behalf since he's been paying for her account using Autopay, that has been unusable for months.

My dad is going to call the credit company later this week and let them know to reject all future payments from EA, since that's our only recourse at this point aside from litigation we can't afford. I expect this post is going to get deleted by the mods, I'd love to be wrong so the word gets out how terrible this company is, but I highly doubt this will do anything other than get deleted. If nothing else, I hope you, OP, get to see that I feel exactly the same way you do. I hope you can at least get your money back or something, because this should be illegal, and I'm fairly confident it is.
