How can I contact support?? Zero Support!

EA has already cemented its reputation as one of the greediest and most anti-consumer gaming companies out there. They force players into predatory monetization schemes, shove microtransactions down our throats, and treat their games as cash cows rather than quality entertainment. But if you ever run into a problem? Good luck—because EA has NO SUPPORT AT ALL.

I paid for a game, yet I CAN’T EVEN PLAY IT. Normally, you’d expect a company of this size to have a working support system, right? WRONG. EA’s website offers NO way to contact support. No live chat, no email, no ticket system—NOTHING. Every attempt to get help just leads you in circles, pushing you toward useless FAQ pages that solve absolutely nothing.

EA isn’t just bad at selling games fairly—they deliberately avoid responsibility for the products they sell. They happily take your money but refuse to lift a finger when something goes wrong. This company has completely abandoned customer support.

I’m done wasting my time and money on a company that doesn’t even have the decency to support its paying customers. EA is nothing more than a money-hungry, soulless corporation that cares about profits—NOT players.

It has been a whole month, and I’m still searching for a way to contact EA. Nothing. No response. No solution. This is beyond incompetence—it’s deliberate negligence.

  • Hi Pogoians,

The EA Help site recently went through some changes and looks a little different. I've prepared a guide to help you navigate it and learn how to open a support ticket for help with your support needs.

I have been a loyal paying subscriber of POGO since 2013, but the shift in focus under EA Arts has been disheartening. POGO has transitioned from a fun gaming platform to one that prioritizes profit over player experience. This week’s challenge, Quinn's Aquarium, has really pushed me to my breaking point. The requirement to play multiple games and spend precious gems just to complete the challenge feels unfair and frustrating.

Moreover, some of the new games introduced, such as Card Scramble and Merge Academy, are simply disappointing. They lack tutorials and seem poorly designed, making them frustrating rather than enjoyable. It's time for POGO to listen to its dedicated players and reconsider its direction.

Hello, I am sorry to hear about your frustration and thank you for being a loyal Pogo member since 2013!

Electronic Arts (EA) has owned Pogo.com since February 28, 2001. That means EA has been the parent company for over 24 years now. Pogo is a free gaming site where gamers have the option to purchase a Club Pogo Membership that cost as little as 33 cents a day to play over 60 games that host a variety of badges and events weekly.

Quinns Aquarium: Try replaying the lower levels and finding a level that suites you for quick play.

Card Scramble: Viola's Diner, is brand new to the website and a guide has not been issued as of yet. However, in the meantime you can:

  • RE: Customer service and Contact Us

Ha hahahahah what a joke!  There is no customer service.  They are quick to take your money, but not so quick to help out, when you have a problem.... in fact they wont help at all.  IF (and that's a BIG "IF") you can find a link to customer service that actually works, and is not, (smh) just a picture of a contact us button, don't bother wasting your time writing to them, because it just gets deleted.  You will never get a response from them.  I will not be renewing my membership when this one expires.  The format has changed for most of the card games I play, and they are not as much fun anymore.  The games are also riddled with people using cheat programs and using timer glitches it the games to cheat you out of a win, which they have ignored for decades now.  I've lost all hope that they will ever care about their customers. Such a shame because Pogo used to be a blast.  Another pet peeve is that I'm a paid member and still have to deal with those stupid pop ups about badges and promotions etc !!!!  wtf ?!? back off if I wanted to spend my real money to buy your stupid badges I would have by now.  Not interested!

Ps:  to all those using the cheat codes, I feel sorry for you.  You must be living a very sad life if a Pogo rating means that much to you that you need to cheat to win.

I have done that in the past and never received help, I filled out a survey yesterday stating that I was extremely disappointed in the lack of support that EA offers, as for the hours of fun and relaxation, that is a joke. This site has become a joke and once more I am disappointed in you and your false promises.
