Lost account and forced sign-in
I had to reset my browser settings for reasons not relevant here. When I tried to sign in again, I was not given the opportunity to enter my credentials; I was only given the option to sign up for another account. I have paid for my membership and want to access what I have paid for. Trying to reset password, or reset account are not working.
And the support options are ridiculous in their lack of answers.
I hope someone here can assist. I just want to access my old stuff: playing for close to 20 years is a lot of progress to lose.

I must first say that here in EA Pogo Forums they are unable to assist us with specific account issues due to being in a public forum, for privacy and security you will need to reach out to EA Help through their secure channels, simply log in with your Pogo credentials, if for some reason you cannot - use the Contact Us option at the bottom of the screen.

This generally only happens when an online establishment doesn't recognize the email and sees you as a new member. Double check you are entering in the same email address you signed up with.
"Trying to reset password, or reset account are not working."
For this to work as designed - you will need access to the email account you signed up with, a link will be sent to that email address, then we can change our password. *Please make sure you check your Spam or Junk folders to see if the email verification was sent there.
