Pogo took multiple payments and made me a free member….wth!!
I’m a monthly subscriber to Club Pogo since 2003 or at least I was until Oct. 17, 2024 when Pogo took three separate months of my money through PayPal and has not either made me a paid member again or refunded my money. The refund appears to have failed and I can get no one either at Pogo or EA to address this issue. I’ll contact PayPal tomorrow and have them intervene on my behalf. I’m tired of being ripped off.
Hello! For account issues we must contact Customer Support and speak with them privately about our account details.
Upon purchase or renewal of our Club Pogo Memberships they send a few emails, a reminder, receipt and a thank you email. Make sure you have these handy along with your proof of payment. They also may ask for a screenshot (picture) of these items, as well.
