April 16 2024 Pogo Chat is not loading. When trying to open chat it says to refresh or close chat.

YEP, no chat, no friends list...entire evening.  And as usual, a SIMPLE problem that they don't acknowledge or fix.  Customer service is NON-EXISTENT and complaints to the BBB are long overdue!  We PAY for a service that we do not receive and a service that has nothing but BOTS as "customer service"

yes no sevice to complain to this is getting very old games not working . we pay for this service and not getting our moneys worth

Yeah same here just started tonight.I didnt have this problem earlier today.
