SPADES NOT LOADING, STILL

Why is it spades is the only game that I'm playing will not not load . The problem started about a week ago. Please help. Thank you

Hey @simbapellenef,

As Moogan1201 mentioned, you should not have to worry about Java anymore to run the new HTML5 versions of the games on Pogo, including Spades HD. You can check the requirements here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pogo/pogo/system-requirements-to-play-pogo-games/#h5

In this case the best thing to do will be clearing your browser cache, so I just want to be sure that is what you had tried earlier, and not just reinstalling Java. Are you able to complete these steps to clear your browser cache?

Have you had a chance to try clearing your browser cache?

I would also take a look through the troubleshooting thread here as those steps can fix most of the common issues that may prevent games from loading on Pogo.

Clearing the cache is typically the best place to start however, let me know if that helps out!

First off I'm a female not the picture shown. I've done that the chat person told me to do and spades still will not load. uninstall java and reinstalled it sill not working. I was told by the chat person that Pogo did not load all players back correctly when they did the last update. So he said he would ask Pogo to make sure all players are included in the update and that none are left out. In the scan configuration is stated java disable. WHY, HELP I paid Pogo and this is sad that I've been going thru this for over a week after all these years. Thank in advance PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM.

Java doesn’t exist anymore and the game is html5 so there is no need for Java.
Which browser are you using? Have you tried a different one?
