Still many issues with Jungle Gin

Exactly! 3 times lately the other player quit when I was winning the game. So we would play for 30 minutes and then they quit. So each time I did did not get credit for winning and my rating increase. Not to mention wasting 30 minutes of my time. What's the point of playing if every one "rage quits" and the other player doesn't get anything for it.  AI said this is a major glitch with pogo.com and they need to fix it.  So this has been going on for a very long time, why won't Pogo acknowledge this problem and fix it?We pay to play fair games. Bad enough Jungle Gin is just an APP and controls winning and losing streaks.

Correct...scewed me out of a lot of points today.  And, Pogo gives away a lot of games.  

I have noticed for quite a while that I am not getting credit either when I win a game or if the other player forfeits the game.  I was robbed four times today.  This has been an ongoing problem since the last issue we had a few months ago.  We pay to play a fair game and this is the results we get! 

there have been issues with Jungle gin for YEARS. Now if you are well into the game and the other player forfeits, you don't get points. So I just wasted my time?  Sometimes you HAVE to leave a game because of an emergency but if that happens no one should be penalized ranking and the one left in the game should get points. It's still so unfair.  And SO many people cheat by freezing the game trying to get you to leave so that they win and you lose points. Now I can "stand up" when someone is doing that to me and I DO NOT lose points...so that's a new thing and a good thing.  Why can't they just figure out all these problems after so many years? And why do they use an APP that runs on a algorhythm so that we win for a while, then lose for awhile and never get anywhere? The game should be won or lost fairly according to the skill of the player and "luck of the cards." Not what the app dictates. And we pay for this?
