Very Annoying badge/challenge page pop-up every 10 seconds during game play

Is there a way to stop the annoying badge/challenge (how many points to your next tier)page pop-up every 10 seconds during game play ? i feel like since i pay for this subscription there shouldn't be...

Chances are the losers behind "EA" won't respond. Pogo is just an 'annoyance' to them.
