What happen to Pack 1 and 2 in Dog Disguise

I bought Pack 1 in Dog disguise. This morning there is pack 3 and 4 but the the first two packs are gone.  I paid for packet 1 and I would like to know whereto find it

    MISSING THE DOGS IN DISGUISE COLLECTIONS PLAYED 2 GAMES ONE IN CANASTA AND 1 IN WORD WHOMP  SHOWS CREDIT FOR THOSE BADGES BUT THE OTHERS ARE MISSING , PURCHASED BOTH COLLECTIONS.  SPOKE IN THE  CONTACT US AND THIS IS THE COVERSATION  I HAD AS FOLLOWS :

    Hi i bought both collections and its not showing that i did but i finished all the challenges and its not showing either , thx so much if you can help me
