The only thing not mentioned is why can't people buy Gems to move faster through the game or any other game for that matter. I haven't been able to buy Gems for about 8 months now. Chatting with EA doesn't help. They just asked stupid questions but don't really read what we see as the problem. I used to spend $50 to $100 per 7-10 days for years & now I am at the mercy of the games.
