2021 Final Weekly Badge Bug

i had exact opposite. i got awarded the final weekly and said i got 2021 album completion badge but didnt get awarded it. not in collection

I am having the same issue got the completion badge after finishing all weekly challenges. I'm missing the solitaire blitz badge and it says completed but is grayed out. My 2021 album says completed 110/111 even though they're all complete

if you mean Live chat I contacted live chat as I am having the same issue as rockets and my advisor said the team is having loading problem with the tool they use my advisor said they tried 3 times so my advisor told me to try contacting live chat again later and they will try and help me again so I am going to try live chat again later.

I had the same problem with my 2nd account, HollyNoelleBHnd.  The Yellow Orb Badge in Phlinx !!, and the 2021 weekly album completion Badge popped up, but when looking at the earned badges the one for Phlinx II is not there.  And even though I have the 2021 completion badge it says 110 of 111 completed on the front cover of the album.

I had no problems with my main account.

I've seen numerous posts in the forums and on Badge Hungry about this issue.  And just about everyone that reached out to customer service were told that they couldn't be of any help, and suggested that we post on the forums so that the team would look into the problem.

I have 5 in our family who have accounts. Out of those, 3 are missing badges. One of the family members replayed an extra badge in the game that was missing and now they have badges missing in other completed albums (2019 and 2020). Unlike others that are missing the phlinx badge, all 3 of the accounts that are missing badges are the solitaire blitz and bejeweled stars. It's not exclusive to just the phlinx badge. It was whatever badge they completed last out of the 3 weeklies for some reason. My account was fine and I'm usually the one who has all kinds of issues. I think more people are missing badges and some just aren't aware of it. Many have still reported it like @MomsBassetHound  has stated in badge hungry and I have seen it in the pogo forums as well. Please this needs to be fixed. The one family account like I said is like a black hole lol. They replay a badge and more disappear? What is up with that? They had all of their albums complete something is obviously really wrong here! Come on pogo!

Add my account to this exact same problem.  And a friend has the problem except with her account it is a different weekly badge than Phlinx II, it is whichever one she finished last so there is something definitely needs fixing by Pogo.

Well I tried again later back on Friday late afternoon to early evening and the advisor said the same thing that the tool still was not working.

I had the same problem only now today its showing that I never completed the badge.  Fix it because I did do the badge.
