Hello! Sorry to hear about the ad banner obstructing your view, that certainly does not seem enjoyable!

To help with this issue, you can modify the size of your screen by pressing and holding the ctrl key located at the bottom left of your keyboard while using the mouse wheel to either enlarge or reduce the screen size.

Please give this a try and let us know how it goes!

Uh yeah, I know that, I tried that first. Thanks, but that is not the issue, it is literally inside the game screen.

  If you’re able to take a screenshot, that could really help the support team pinpoint the issue faster.
  
  Just to clarify, free members don’t have access to full-screen mode, and you're absolutely right—ads are embedded directly into the game layout. If something changed recently, it might be affecting how the game displays on your screen, especially on smaller devices like a Chromebook.

    Well, I think I might be done playing. When I used ctrl scroll, it just made the game screen smaller, then another ad banner popped up vertically on the screen. The game screen is so small I cannot see. The only game that seems unaffected is solitaire home story. I hope this issue can be resolved.
