All Account History Missing from Bejeweled Blitz Game
I share My account on an iOS device with two other family members.
We upgraded our iOS device and use the older one for playing bejeweled blitz with.
The owner of the updated device opened their account and played bejeweled and this window appeared
They didn’t know what the pop up window was about and there wasn’t any way they could cancel the option that appeared so they selected profile 2 and the Thankyou response appeared.
The screenshots were taken because of the confusion on what was happening at that point in time.
When I discovered My account had changed I tried contacting EA Games to inform them that My account had been compromised and provided the screenshot showing My assets above the leaderboard/main page.
I didn’t get any response and the case I created was closed.
The other player has received the same response from EA Games and We can’t connect with them now via the Support links via the mobile app.
I play the game on the PC “Windows” and Support wouldn’t assist Me that device and said it was a mobile issue.
It’s an account issue that hasn’t been resolved and I’m going around in circles without any resolution!
