as of 3/24/2020 the pieces do not move in jigsaw treasure hunter & game freezes

Yes, we had already tried several things before sending the log over 2-3 weeks ago.

Hello EA........................ I am now having more FREEZING problems while playing Jigsaw Treasure Hunter 

Last night (JULY 11th 2020) there was an Update to Windows , I had been able to play Jigsaw Treasure Hunter using Edge, but now Edge is new and the Game Freezes just like it does using Google Chrome

Three more weeks have passed, but still not a word on status.

Why did you stop supporting internet explorer it was the only place I have been able to play Jigsaw Treasure Hunter since I started using early access. It doesn't work with Edge  { old or the new }  or Google.

While I haven't heard back on your side yet, the Pogo team is continuing to take example DxDiags of players who are having difficulty with freezing and loading issues. They have yours on file. Thanks a lot for your patience so far.

Thanks so much for the information. It looks like you're on Edge Chromium, which is why it shows as 'Chrome' on the Pogo Compatibility Tool. Can you run through our HTML5 troubleshooting to see if those steps help improve performance for you? You may have done some of the steps already, particularly with trying other supported browsers, but if you're able to try any remaining steps, it would help a ton.

If you're still having difficulties, if you're able to share your DxDiag like Calicat67 did, it would help a ton.
