Why is there no option to play any of these games for this challenge.

There is not option to active and play like others. I am unable to activate any of these challenges.

Click on Join the fun. Scroll down to where you see to unlock 24 challenges. Then scroll down more to see them. You can activate one for each game at a time. Once you get one badge for a game you can activate another.
