bejeweled classic butterflies ads

Periodically I experience issues with the Bejeweled classic butterflies. I purchased ads-free, but the commercials come back. I have to delete the app, loose all my progresses, repurchase the ads-free options, and start form zero. It is very infuriating as I have reached out to EA before about this issue. How to fix this once and for all.
