Farm Valley Game

I purchased 2250 gems to play in the new game Farm Valley. I wanted to purchase a land package in there, it takes crystals to buy land so I used 970 gems to purchase 3500 crystals and then used 3299 of those to purchase the land package. I played for a while and cleared the land and then signed off to fix lunch, came back and land package had been taken back and it and my gems and crystals that I had used to paid for it were not return to my account. HELP!!

Is no one going to address this problem?? I have been reading other problem with this game and they are not being fixed either. I have been a member here for over 26 years and never seen so many problems with games and nothing being done about it. If nothing is going to be fixed just refund my money and I will stop spending any here.
