Farm Merge Valley - Missing Content

Used power to break rocks.  Clicked on remove tab, power reduced, countdown begun, but when I come back to the game, no task completed to redeem the bricks..  Power has been spent.  This has happened twice.  I'm due at least 35 units of power.

Is no one going to address this problem?? I have been reading other problem with this game and they are not being fixed either. I have been a member here for over 26 years and never seen so many problems with games and nothing being done about it. If nothing is going to be fixed just refund my money and I will stop spending any here.

I have spent 150 energy points to remove the tree stump from the game board as it is on the last worker task.  After waiting the 2 hours, it resets and I do not get any of the logs.  This needs to be fixed and I would like my energy back.

The same thing is happening to me today.  I thought I was losing my marbles.  Mine was with trees.   Spent 30 energy to chop a tree, the energy was subtracted, the "worker" started chopping, then poof!  Gone!  No chopped wood, no worker, required chops still showing "30", and the only thing that's changed is the energy.  I couldn't believe my eyes!  What did I do?  I repeated the process on the very same tree:  30 energy subtracted, no worker, no chopped wood, and required chops still show 30.  I think this might be a relatively important issue for EA to look into.  How do you continue to play the game if you can't clear the land?  I'm out 60 energy with nothing to show for it.  

Same thing has been happening to me.  I spent countless energy over and over again with no results.  trees and rocks and tool boxes are still there and won't disappear.  I posted this issue yesterday.

It’s frustrating. I am out of matches and when I purchase more land there are trees etc that need removed but I am out of space. Rigged game in my opinion. Guess I will not be able to get any more badges whenever there is a challenge. Need to have option to delete farm items to create more space.

I really can not believe no one from EA has answered this. I would suggest seeing if you can get in contact with customer support regarding this issue .  A non response is not good customer service or in this case LACK of support

pogo, pleased address this issue, I have repeatedly spent energy on the workers to remove stumps, tool boxes, and large stones.  These are taking about 45 minutes to an hour for the work to be done.  I log off and come back on and the progress is lost, I spent the energy but it wants me to pay for the worker again.  This has been an ongoing issue for several weeks.  We are paying customers and your service level needs to be better.   Don't release a  new game until you have tested it thoroughly and have worked out all the kinks and when someone does report an issue you should be on it right away!  Or at least leave a reply that you are actively working on it.  I have been a paid member for over 20 years.  Make it worth my investment!
