Bejeweled Stars Level 449

Hello!

Whenever I activate the Rain Deer power up, I am unable to move some gems on the board so I end up having to exit the game.  Today when I activated the power up, I could hear the Rain Deer, but there was no animation of them skipping across the screen.  This occurs on both my Windows PC and my Android tablets.  Although I am unable to use the power up, it appears I am still charged for it.  I've been at this level for many days and was initially able to use this power up.  Then at some point I couldn't move gems, and today I don't even see the animation.

I don't know if it will help, but here is a screen print of the board after I purchased the Rain Deer power up, at which point I am unable to select and move any of the gems.

    Hi @tatsall 

      

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

       

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Prive Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)   
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games   

     

    If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know what device and browser your using, as well as share a Screenshot or video clip of the Error as well as a DxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac) of your device and we, can share this with the team.

    I have done the following:

    - Restarted my laptop, which is running Windows 11 with the latest updates as of this month's Patch Tuesday.

    - Cleared all cache and cookies from my browser (Firefox 98.0.2, the latest level)

    - Opened an Incognito/Private browser window

    After each and every step I continue to not be able to use the Rain Deer power up. I am attaching the DxDiag file as well as another screenshot of the game. If you look at the blue gems, you can see two of them are "raining" and four of them are not.  Those that are not "raining" cannot be moved/swapped with adjacent gems.

    @EA_Illium Do you have a status on this bug? I still cannot USE the Rain Deer power up, yet there doesn't seem to be any problem PAYING for it. :-(
